RENTALS:
Weekly: rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (during the high season). The accommodation is available on the day of arrival from 4pm to 8pm. Upon departure they must be vacated by 10am.
At the week-end: rentals are available from Friday 4pm to 8pm until Sunday 8pm.

DEPOSIT: 250 € upon handing over of the keys.

RESERVATION:
Reservations are made by way of a rental contract signed and with the payment for 25% of the total due. The remainder of the money is to be paid on the day of arrival, upon receiving the keys.

PARKING: 1 parking place is reserved for each rental (enclosed places). 		SUPPLEMENTS FOR HOSTELRY SERVICES:

• Sheet rental : 12 € / bed
• Linen rental house : 6 € / week
• Colour TV rental : 26 €/week
• Breakfast : 6 € / person
• Housework at the end of the stay : 60 € (unless it is done by the guest)

• Extra guest: 8 € / day

Small pets can be accepted, depending on prior agreement being reached : 16 €/week.

Accommodation tax: 0,85 € per day and per person (except for children under 13).

We have at your disposal : baby cot, bathtub and chair.

Our rates include water and electric rates and use of the swimming pool, games of children, bowling.
